GOLD AUTRON PARTNER PROGRAM — TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Partner Program. The GOLD AUTRON Partner Program allows approved partners to introduce potential customers to GOLD AUTRON through their unique referral link or Partner ID.
2. Partner Approval. Participation is subject to approval by GOLD AUTRON. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Partner Program.
3. Partner Referral ID. Each approved partner may receive a unique Partner ID and referral link. Partners must use their assigned referral link when promoting GOLD AUTRON.
4. Commission. Approved partners are eligible to receive a 25% commission on qualifying, verified sales attributable to their Partner ID, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
5. Referral Attribution. GOLD AUTRON may use referral tracking mechanisms, including referral parameters, cookies, local storage, or other tracking methods, to associate a customer with a Partner. The current website referral attribution may remain active for up to 30 days.
6. Qualifying Sale. A commission becomes eligible only after GOLD AUTRON has received and verified the customer's payment and determined that the transaction is a valid qualifying sale.
7. Commission Calculation. Example: If a qualifying customer purchases a $1,000 product, a 25% commission would equal $250.
8. Non-Qualifying Transactions. No commission is payable on cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, disputed, duplicate, self-referrals, or otherwise invalid transactions.
9. Refunds and Reversals. If a transaction for which commission has been paid is subsequently refunded, cancelled, charged back, or determined to be invalid, GOLD AUTRON may reverse or deduct the corresponding commission from future commission balances.
10. Payout Method. Partner commissions are paid manually to the payout wallet registered by the approved partner. Partners are responsible for providing an accurate wallet address and selecting the correct blockchain network.
GOLD AUTRON is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect wallet address or incorrect blockchain network supplied by the partner.
11. Minimum Payout. The minimum commission balance eligible for payout is $50, unless GOLD AUTRON specifies otherwise.
12. Payout Processing. Approved commissions will normally be processed within 3–7 business days after becoming payable, subject to payment verification, compliance checks, and operational requirements.
13. Promotion Rules. Partners must promote GOLD AUTRON honestly and accurately. Partners must not make false, misleading, deceptive, or unauthorized claims about GOLD AUTRON, trading performance, profits, returns, risk, or expected results.
Partners must not represent that profits are guaranteed or that trading with GOLD AUTRON is risk-free.
14. No Unauthorized Advice or Representation. Partners must not represent themselves as employees, agents, financial advisers, investment advisers, or authorized representatives of GOLD AUTRON unless expressly authorized in writing.
Partners must not provide personalized investment or trading advice on behalf of GOLD AUTRON.
15. Advertising and Disclosure. Partners are responsible for complying with applicable advertising, disclosure, platform, and legal requirements when promoting GOLD AUTRON, including any requirement to disclose their relationship with GOLD AUTRON or the possibility of receiving a commission.
16. Prohibited Activities. Partners must not use spam, deceptive advertising, fake testimonials, misleading claims, impersonation, fraudulent activity, or other methods that could damage GOLD AUTRON's reputation or violate applicable laws or platform rules.
17. Self-Referral. Partners may not use their own referral link to generate commissions from their own purchases or otherwise manipulate the referral system.
18. Commission Records. GOLD AUTRON may maintain records of referrals, qualifying transactions, commission calculations, approvals, reversals, and payouts for program administration and verification.
19. Suspension or Termination. GOLD AUTRON may suspend or terminate a Partner's participation if it reasonably believes the Partner has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or misleading activity, manipulated referrals, or otherwise acted contrary to the interests of the Partner Program.
20. Changes to the Program. GOLD AUTRON may modify the Partner Program, commission structure, payout procedures, eligibility requirements, or these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the website or other appropriate channels.
21. Independent Relationship. Participation in the Partner Program does not create an employment, joint venture, partnership, or agency relationship between the Partner and GOLD AUTRON.
22. Acceptance. By applying to or participating in the GOLD AUTRON Partner Program, the Partner confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Partner Terms & Conditions.
